Get Support
The REDCap administrative team manages user accounts and provides general email support. For basic support and account-related requests, submit a ticket through the support request system.
REDCap administrators host monthly open Q&A sessions from 1-2 p.m. CT on the third Thursday of every month. These sessions provide an opportunity for UIC REDCap users to share questions or troubleshoot issues with other users on the call. Each month, the host will provide a brief introduction to a REDCap feature with an additional 50+ minutes of open Q&A.
